ship using either FED/EX or UPS. If
either of these services are not available
in your
area, please let us know in the comments portion
of your checkout form or email us as soon as
you've placed your order. This allows us to
offer the most reliable shipping
and tracking

the United States. If you are in a bind and
really need an item shipped to somewhere
other than the U.S. you may contact us but
please be advised that there will be an extra
charge for this and the cost is usually very

We currently accept credit cards and Paypal.
The credit cards go through Paypal but you do not need
a Paypal account. We use Paypal because of the added
security it affords both us and our customers.

To exchange or
return any purchase within
14 days with which you
are not completely satisfied,

- Contact customer service at 916-838-1525
- Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
- Return your purchase with a copy of your bill by U.P.S. or U.S. Mail. For your protection, insure your package.
- You may make another selection or have your money completely refunded.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all items that included free shipping.
SPECIAL NOTE ON GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:
Be sure to inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives! If the product has been damaged during shipment, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours), as the shipper has only a limited time to make a claim to the delivery company.

Most items are in stock and will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours
(excluding weekends). If an item is on back-order or out of stock we
will notify you as soon as possible. At that time you can decide whether
to wait for a back-order item or get a refund. Refunds usually occur
immediately upon request but Paypal sometimes puts a hold on funds for
1 to 3 days, it is beyond our control. You may cancel your order at anytime
prior to shipping. We will inform you when your product ships. At any
time you may inquire
about
your
order
status by sending an e-mail. To keep prices
as low as possible, some products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
